Volvo introduced a three-seat sedan with a projector in the cabinApril 23, 2018
Volvo introduced the sedan concept called S90 Ambience, which received a three-seater saloon and a special system that created a “special mood” inside. The public premiere of the novelty will be held at the end of April at the Beijing Motor Show.
The prototype is based on the serial flagship sedan S90, but it does not have a front passenger seat, which was abandoned for the sake of improving the comfort of the rear passenger. With the help of an “intuitive” mobile application, you can choose from several visual themes that are displayed on the car’s ceiling using a projector.
Their list includes: “Scandinavian Forest”, “Northern Lights”, “Rain”, “Archipelago” and “Swan Lake”. Depending on the choice of the audio system, Bowers and Wilkins will include a certain musical theme, and the climate system will distribute one of the four fragrances from the perfumery company Byredo in the salon.
Soon, the brand Volvo, owned by Geely, plans to launch a new sedan designed specifically for the Chinese market. Last year, the Swedish brand for the first time in its history sold in China more than 100 thousand cars.
