Tuners have prepared an exclusive Dodge SRT Hellcat WidebodyOctober 9, 2019
Less than two months are left before the SEMA Show, and SpeedKore tuning studio specialists are going to demonstrate the unique Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody as part of this event.
Currently, the company does not disclose details about the new project, while it has confirmed that the machine will receive carbon fiber components. Judging by the teaser, this is an understatement, since all the front part of the muscle car will be made of this material. In addition, you can notice the new tires and wheels, as well as the front exhaust MagnaFlow. According to the supplier, this is for use on the highway, and for street riding the car has an exhaust of the Competition series.
Of course, the most interesting aspect of the assembly is the motor of the model. SpeedKore, instead of the standard 6.2-liter Hellcat V8 engine with a capacity of 707 horsepower and 881 torque, will equip the car with a “demon engine” with two turbochargers. At the same time, the power of the new motor is still a secret, but it is worth noting that the Challenger SRT Demon power unit previously built by the company produced 1,200 hp.
It is also unclear whether the Charger will be as productive, however, it will be easier to get the maximum return from the power plant, since the car has all-wheel drive.
While the dynamic characteristics of new items are not disclosed, however, the standard Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody can accelerate to “hundreds” in 3.6 seconds, and its maximum speed is 315 km / h.
