Once a network has the first photo of new Lexus UX Concept, the Japanese automaker made an official statement confirming theworld premiere of concept at the Paris Motor Show in late September 2016.

We still do not have a greater amount of information about the new Lexus UX Concept, than was given in the European Design Centre Lexus, ED2, to showcase future design direction of the brand. In this photo we can see the muscular wheel arches with sharp, angular lines scattered through the whole body of five-door crossover.

Although no technical information about the vehicle there, a pair of rear exhaust pipes suggests that the novelty is equipped with an internal combustion engine. In view of the recent trends in the automotive industry, quite probably, the concept may be a hybrid version of the engine.

According to a brief introductory remarks from Lexus, «His strong differentiated identity is designed to appeal to progressive, urban audience, who lives in a communication environment. UX Concept also demonstrates creative technologies for exciting driving experiences, while the interior combines traditional craftsmanship with high-tech production methods.”

In addition, it is likely that UX Concept of Lexus is smaller version of the crossover Lexus NX, and will compete with the smaller models, such as, Audi Q2, because more and more automakers pay their attention from traditional hatchbacks in favor of crossovers. With high probability we can say that the novelty is preparing to enter the market, as the parent company of Lexus, Toyota, recently patented trademarks UX200, UX250 and UX250hv in European Bureau of Intellectual Property. For more information we get at Paris Motor Show 2016, which will begin on September 29.

The new Lexus UX Concept at Paris Motor Show will join the new Lexus IS with European specifications and the new Lexus NX Sport Edition and sports coupe Lexus LC Coupe.
