Electric station wagon based on Tesla Model S released in Netherlands

The Netherlands company RemetzCar has built an electric limousine on the Tesla Model S. It is assumed that in the future a limited batch of such cars will be produced

The Netherlands company RemetzCar, specializing in the transformation of luxury cars into limousines, introduced its new project – an electric station wagon based on the Tesla Model S. Work on the car began in 2017, but the finished project was shown only now.

Developers had to extend the platform, apply new aluminum panels, and also redesigned the rack. In addition, specialists modernized the roof, and also remade the windows. Technical data about the versatile person are not reported.

The car was created on the special order of one of the clients of the company, whose name is kept secret. At the same time in RemetzCar noted that they would like to release a small series of such universals, consisting of 20 cars.

In 2016, RemetzCar introduced a luxury catafalque based on the Tesla Model S. In the list of other projects of the Dutch company, the extended versions of the premium sedans Bentley Mulsanne, Audi A7 L and Mercedes-Benz S-Class also appear.

Earlier, the British engineering company Qwest created an electric station wagon based on the Tesla Model S P90D. The developers claim that they built the world’s fastest car with this type of bodywork.

Tesla Model S P90D is equipped with two electric engines, which in total capacity of 762 horsepower. The novelty can accelerate from a place to 100 km per hour in 2.8 seconds.
