The updated Citroen C3 is now available for order at UK car dealerships for prices starting at £ 16,280.
In August, the first deliveries of the updated Citroen C3 are expected, which is available to British buyers at a price of from 16,280 pounds for the entry-level Feel package and up to 21,270 pounds for the Flair Plus variant with highest rated.
Standard equipment in the entire line includes LED headlights, new taillights with a 3D effect, cruise control, a lane departure warning system and branded door panels from the Airbump brand. Inside, buyers get an automatic air conditioning and infotainment system with a 7-inch touch screen and support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The cost of the Flair version starts at £ 17,300. It features 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, automatic headlights, rear parking sensors and a two-tone paint scheme. Citroen C3 Flair Plus costs from 18,730 pounds and includes 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, more comfortable seats, a rear view camera, TomTom navigation software and many additional driver assistance systems such as active safe braking, driver alert system and automatic SOS signal.
External improvements Citroen C3 2020 model year is quite minor: a new front grille, a new front bumper, new wheel arch extensions, slightly tweaked three-quarter panels and redesigned Airbump moldings on the sides of the French “supermini”. Customers can also choose from two new paint finishes, four new exterior colors and four contrasting shades for the roof.
Inside, the C3 receives updated Citroen Advanced Comfort seats that were removed from the C4 Cactus, as well as the new Techwood interior with faux-wood strips on the dashboard and seat upholstery. The on-board technology package remains unchanged, with the exception of the added front parking sensors.
There are no mechanical changes – the engine line that complies with the Euro 6 standard is identical to the dorestyling model. Thus, the range starts with a 1.2-liter PSA gasoline engine with 82 hp. and a torque of 118 Nm. Mid-range and above Flair models are available with a more powerful version of the same 1.2-liter three-cylinder engine that develops 109 hp. and 205 Nm of torque.
Customers can also opt for the new Citroen C3 with a 1.6-liter four-cylinder diesel engine that produces 99 hp. and 250 Nm of torque. Like the more powerful gasoline powerplant, it is available only on Flair models and above – although it can only be paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
