This photo is very interesting because you can not only see the version of the popular Dodge model, but you can also notice the front of the first generation Jeep Grand Cherokee in the background on the right.
It is worth noting that the false radiator grill in body color is actually more like Dodge cars of that time. Recessed, vertically oriented door handles are also an interesting element of style.
According to the information in the book, initially, the parent company Chrysler, which included both Dodge and Jeep, believed that Jeep did not have a large enough dealer network to meet the expected consumer demand for the Grand Cherokee SUV.
